BBC cameras are given access to one of the most unique houses in the country this week, when filmmakers visit the Phoenix Futures’ Specialist Family Service in Sheffield.

The house is the only family rehab centre in the UK, a place where parents addicted to drugs or alcohol come with their children in a bid to get clean, and prove that they can look after their offspring.

Filmed over a year, the two-part series follows staff and several families from the beginning to the end of their treatment. For all the parents, it is their last chance to keep their children.
