Simon Reeve has travelled the globe for his travelogues, often to dangerous places. But the intrepid explorer is staying closer to home for his new two-part documentary.

Filmed earlier this year, Reeve travelled around Cornwall just as the UK was emerging from total lockdown to explore what the future holds for one of Britain’s favourite tourist destinations.

‘Cornwall is a place of extremes, with great beauty, plus real wealth and deep poverty,’ says Reeve, who lives in neighbouring Devon.
