BOOZE-FUELED Jessica Ann Royall dragged her boyfriend, Ryan Minett, to his death as she furiously drove half a mile through the streets careening off curbs as he clung to the side of her speeding SUV, say cops.

Horrified witnesses say the 2005 Buick Rendezvous was zooming with the tires squealing as Minett, 27, desperately hung onto the roof luggage rack while screaming for someone to call 911.

Finally, at an intersection, he lost his grip and flew off. His body then slid, tumbled and rolled 53 feet before slamming into a light post.
