Prince Harry’s snooty wife, Meghan, has triggered new fury after issuing a list of outrageous orders to her new neighbors in the British countryside — including forbidding locals to talk to the royals, pet their dogs or even send them notes!

Meghan and Harry are already dealing with citizen rage over their insistence on moving into Frogmore Cottage — and remodeling the joint at a $3 million cost to British taxpayers — instead of living in an already-paid-for apartment in Kensington Palace.
