Plunging back into her career after raising her kids, former child star Brooke Shields is looking “fantastic” — and pals and nip/tuck experts insist the former Pretty Baby has undergone a series of fixes to her gorgeous mug.

The 54-year-old mom of daughters Rowan, 16, and Grier, 13, with screenwriter-hubby Chris Henchy, 55, made the changes because “she’s ready to be seen as that glamour girl again,” tattles an insider.
