Hannah John-Kamen stars as an enigmatic stranger who wreaks havoc in a small town as she reveals dark secrets
THE STRANGER
British actress Hannah JohnKamen (30) plays the title character in The Stranger, an eight-part Netflix series based on Harlan Coben’s novel.
The stranger’s appearance sets off a chain of increasingly devastating events, starting with lawyer Adam Price (Richard Armitage), who is told his wife faked a miscarriage and that he should have a paternity test for his sons.
The stranger disappears, and not long after, Adam’s wife vanishes too.
“I always play characters who are ‘villains’,” Hannah told the Evening Standard.
