The fine art of Keeping Frustration at bay!

When you are looking for perfection everywhere, you forget to look into the imperfection inside you. You want everything to be perfect, but are you perfect? When you are perfect, you will stop pointing out imperfections and you will stop getting frustrated about the imperfections of others.
In your day-to-day life, there is many a chance for you to get frustrated. When such events happen, there is nothing you can do. Something or the other keeps coming up for you to get frustrated about. You want perfection and when perfection is not available, you get frustrated. You want someone to do things on time and if they don’t, you get frustrated. You want things to be done in a particular fashion and if it doesn’t happen, you get frustrated.
Just turn back and look into your own life; how many incidents have occurred in your life where you have been frustrated? Can you even count them? So many that you cannot even count them! Sometimes you feel that it is not in your hands or not even within your capacity.
For example: the biggest problem in the world today is the ISIS. ‘What can be done with the ISIS? It is such a huge problem in the world. They are killing so many people every day’. All the big Governments are frustrated; they are not able to do anything. America is frustrated, Europe is frustrated, and India is frustrated. People in Iraq, Iran and many other countries are frustrated. This is a big problem; you can’t do anything about it! Now, coming to a more local problem. You teach
