Penthouze Version 2.0
Citadel|February 2017

PENTHOUZE, by Grandeur Hospitality, was Pune’s favourite nightclub until a while ago, and now it’s back in a new avatar, with elements of music, dining, entertainment and art; along with its trademark, amazing view and rooftop dance floor... in edition two! Come join us in this punar janam party of Penthouze, with some of the best food and drinks in town mingled with great music and loads of fun…

Penthouze Version 2.0

Located in the heart of Pune’s nightlife and entertainment district, Koregaon Park, on the 14th floor of Onyx, Penthouze enjoys vistas of over 180 degrees and is one of Pune’s favourite spot to unwind. The space is designed to luxuriously accommodate up to 350 guests. Beautiful and unusual installations and artworks will be trademarks of this ultra-luxury venue. Penthouze has an indoor section, perfect for a dining experience, and consists of few huge tables and plush sofas to seat a large group of people. The spacious terrace plays with shades of grey, coral and sand with interesting highlights of floral prints and greenery. Perch yourself at the full-fledged bar, and sip on your poison while enjoying the amazingly done lights at Penthouze that look magnificent in the night.

Outside is where the real parties happen! The sprawling space has two kinds of seating arrangements one with low level white sofas and cushioned furniture at the centre of the space, and other being the low lying seating areas on the boundary of the club to enjoy a spectacular view of the city. The dance floor sparkles with laser beams. The raised areas buzz with a glorious view of Pune city under the wise and watchful stars. You can also see a large sign of PH gleaming above, significantly marking its presence in the nightlife of this small city.

We visited the place on a Wednesday, which is an evening dedicated to Bollywood numbers. The club gives way to a huge crowd on Bollywood Nights by dint of unplugged melodies by musicians who compose and perform songs that feature a blend of Indian folk and modern western music, followed by groovy beats by the DJ. Wednesday’s get whacky here!
