|September 2017
Ben loved bubbles.

He took a bath in them every night.
He blew them in his milk whenever Mom wasn’t looking.
And he used up so many bottles of bubble mix that Mom finally said, “I’m not buying any more. We’re going to make our own.” She found tons of bubble mix recipes in books and on the Internet.
“Which recipe is best?” asked Ben.
“I don’t know,” said Mom. “They all start with dishwashing liquid and water but then add different ingredients.”

Reaching For The Moon
The name my parents gave me was Edwin Eugene Aldrin Jr., but the name my sister gave me was the one that would stay with me all my life. She could not manage to say brother, only “Buzzer.” Later that got shortened to “Buzz,” and no one ever called me anything else.
