Sources say the Dumplin’ actress has gained back her confidence — and her super-toned figure — with a badass boxing workout that she’s deemed a “mental release.”

Jen, who has four high profile projects on deck, has fully prioritized her sessions with celeb trainer Leyon Azubuike (“I believe [he] hung the moon,” Jen’s gushed) — opting to spend most of her downtime in the gym with her high-intensity routines.
