Restaurateur Mark Birnbaum Dishes On Opening Catch And Turning It Into An A-list Haunt

When Mark Birnbaum and his business partner, Eugene Remm, set out to launch Catch NYC almost a decade ago, they had a vision in mind. “Our inspiration [was to] create a dynamic hospitality experience using food, service and vibe for seamless transitions between dining, nightlife and entertainment,” says Mark, who went on to open locations in L.A., Las Vegas and Playa del Carmen, Mexico. “We’ve been fortunate to have great people in for dinner.
