REPORTS Britney Spears has not spoken to her dad in four months have exposed an awful truth — the troubled pop tart’s family has been torn apart by the battle over her $250 million, sources said.

“Britney’s family couldn’t be more divided,” spilled a source close to the 39-year old “Slave 4 U” singer. “Everybody has taken sides, and no one really gets along anymore!”

As The National ENQUIRER reported, a Los Angeles superior court judge declined to remove her father, Jamie Spears, from the co conservator role he has held since 2008 after the “Oops! … I Did It Again” girl suffered a notorious public breakdown.

“Britney was furious with the decision and has been trying to regain control of her finances ever since,” a source tattled. “She feels like she’s long past her old problems!”
