NW spotted Hailey, 22, leaving a private facial plastic surgery clinic in New York on November 16, where she’s said to be making a bizarre investment to look like her hubby’s ex Selena Gomez!

Yep, insiders reveal Hails has already splashed more than $40,000 on tweaks to her mug – her first steps towards an overhaul to keep Biebs’s attention.

“Hailey is constantly comparing herself to Sel, second-guessing and doubting herself – enough to change herself to look more and more like her,” a spy tells NW.
