Jessica Simpson is taking the age-old adage “eating for two” a little too seriously. The pregnant pop star, 38, still has a few months to go before she welcomes her third child – another girl – with husband Eric Johnson, but Jess has already packed on the pounds during her pregnancy!

“Jessica isn’t holding back when it comes to her cravings,” a source tells Life & Style. “She can’t stop thinking about sugary treats and finds it difficult to avoid temptation.”

Friends say it’s got to the point that doctors have even expressed concern over the star, who’s said to be tipping the scales at roughly 120kg.

“She’s so big that some guess she’s gained around [45kg] during this pregnancy,” another insider tells
