Do you even lift? The Real Housewives Of Melbourne star Venus Behbahani Clark sure does! The reality star took everyone’s breath away recently, when she returned to Instagram after a brief hiatus with a six pack you could grate cheese on – and she tells NW exclusively it’s all thanks to weight training and regular boxing sessions with her PT Mick!

“It was hard work getting this lean and gaining muscle,” admits the 37-year-old mum-of-two, who admits she let herself go a little after filming wrapped on Season Four in 2017. “I’ve always had fitness in my life, but I started stacking it on with a bit of champagne and eating here and there – I stopped looking after my health. I wanted to do something different. I was getting so tired.”

So the star – who, FYI, is releasing her Venus Cosmetics make-up range in February – began hitting the gym.
