This lockdown, unlock the Real You!

Have you noticed it is more easier to worry about the past and future rather than to enjoy the present? How much ever hard it could be, or how much ever you despise them being in your life, trials and low-points are ought to happen in your life. Life never is consistent, it always poses some or the other challenges onto you. The key is in finding your peace amidst the storm. Like they always say, the storm will pass, however it is on you to survive the storm and emerge victorious. Your future depends on how you handle your current struggles and difficulties. Remaining positive and constructive during turbulent times can be quite a toll on you; however, that is how a winner is born. A silent smooth sea never made a skilled sailor; similarly mediocre-experienced life never made a legend. You need to widen your perspectives, reach out the horizons of your comfort zones and walk past it. Stretch yourself so that you feel the pain – the pain to change for good. This lockdown might drag your spirits down; it will challenge your formed habits. Especially, when we are confined to seeing the same walls with no entertainment or stress relief, it is normal and easy that you start running the cycle of negativity inside your mind. So, when you are in this quarantine and if you are feeling stuck and bored, ask yourself a question - what are the good things about this situation and how can I make this time productive for me?
