The body stays healthy and the mind will be sharp and alert when a person maintains a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle would increase longevity and help the body and mind to repair. A life without good health is comparable to one without troops in an army. For one to fully experience life, good health is essential. The key to pleasure for humans is having excellent health.
Some people seem to be far ahead of us in many ways on the life journey. In truth, these individuals are far ahead of humanity and history—they are not simply a few steps ahead of us. The words required to describe them are highly inexpressible because they stand so tall, making it challenging to express them. Mansoor Palloor is such a man who has dedicated his life to the welfare of his fellow man without anticipating recognition or being quantified and measured for his selfless efforts for society. He is one of those stalwarts deserving of being inscribed in the sands of time.
Mansoor Palloor, an Indian businessman with a Middle Eastern basis, is also a writer, recognised expat cultural activist, political foreign affairs watcher, and film producer. Today, he serves as an example and a representation of the passion and love for Kerala that many of Malayalis residing overseas can relate to.
