Taking its mission to digitise global parking forward, Get My Parking (GMP) is launching the newest addition to its smart parking platform, ‘Enable’. GMP Enable is an IoT module that upgrades the old to the new. It connects any existing parking access system to any third party mobile app and sensors. What is the financial investment involved in installing these iot based parking lots
Financial Investment would depend upon the degree of information and automation needed on a Carpark and also how a Carpark is structured. For the most basic level of automation and reporting, the typical hardware investment would be somewhere in the range of INR 1 lakh (for 2 lanes with RFID as Access method) to INR 5.5 lakhs (most high-end LPR system)
Are they manufactured in India or imported?
Certain components - Smart Access Gate Kit is manufactured in India. the Access Readers are either procured locally or imported from outside depending upon the need.
