Sheene Machines At Prescott

Prescott Bike Fest will feature a number of very special bikes this year – including some once ridden by the legendary Barry Sheene

Abrace of Suzuki TR500s owned and raced by Barry Sheene will be joining the fabulousline-up of paddock specials, as well as being ridden up Prescott’s famous hill.

These two TRs – one a tubular-framed machine and the other a futuristic monocoque design – will be one of the highlights of the weekend event. The tubular framed bike was owned by Barry and his dad Frank, while the Colin Seeley monocoque was ridden by Bazza (amongst others), stolen, recovered from a ditch, and returned to Seeley where it stayed in his loft for many years! Both machines were lovingly restored by former GP mechanic Nigel Everett.
