Just as we had started to accept that the best videos of parkour performances (which involve daring acts like climbing on tall buildings or jumping from roof to roof) would always come out of Russia, a video made in Istanbul broke the internet last month. Pavel Smirnov and Özcan İpar shared a video where they climbed on top of the third bridge currently under construction. Taken at a height of 350 meters, the video is a source of pride for Smirnov, who says the duo took extra care to ensure that all the filming angles were just right. He also hopes that a professional parkour federation will be established in Turkey soon....
