As French President Emmanuel Macron arrives in India for his second meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the timing could not have been better. The 45th G7 summit is all set to begin at the seaside town of Biarritz in France where heads of state from seven of the world’s largest economies will descend.
