Every day, women of all shapes and sizes struggle to feel happy and confident in their own bodies, and someone who is passionate about changing that is internationally recognised body image activist Taryn Brumfitt. The former ‘body loather’ travelled the globe to ask women how they really feel about their bodies, and her findings are powerfully woven together in her new documentary, Embrace (page 24).
