Laughter and chaos will take centre stage in drama group's latest show

TIVERTON Dramatic Society is promising a night of laughter and chaos as it prepares to stage Michael Cooney's comedy farce Cash on Delivery at the New Hall, Tiverton.
The play centres on Eric, a man whose elaborate web of fraudulent social security claims is beginning to unravel. When his unsuspecting lodger Norman welcomes an inspector from the Department into their home, a series of escalating cover-ups follows, involving mistaken identities, outlandish disguises and a stream of unexpected visitors.
The production, which runs from Wednesday, May 14 to Saturday, May 17, marks the directorial debut of Jamie Clark, who steps into the role after taking part in 21 previous performances at the venue.
