They comfort thousands of cancer patients!

Inspired by a friend who was a cancer survivor, Christine Fabiani began crocheting and donating cozy caps for those undergoing chemo. Before long, her idea sparked a ripple of love that keeps spreading!
Please make me a beanie,” Christine Fabiani’s son, Geoffrey, pleaded after seeing his mom crocheting scarves. It was a craft she had learned at age 6 from her grandmother, but it had been many years since she’d dabbled in it. She had only just picked it up again to make scarves as gifts.
I don’t know how to make anything to fit a person, she thought, but after a few tries, she mastered the soft hat for Geoffrey. And before long, she had made one for everyone she knew.
Seeing her colorful handmade hats, a friend of Christine’s who was a cancer survivor gave her an idea. “I wish I’d had a cozy cap to wear after a long day of wearing an itchy, scratchy, uncomfortable wig,” she said.

3 supplements for younger skin
“Certain supplements can improve skin appearance, hydration and resilience—though you’ll see modest, gradual improvements rather than dramatic changes,” says board-certified dermatologist Pooja H. Rambhia, M.D. “That’s why supplements should complement, not replace, sun protection, topical therapies and regular dermatologic care.” Here, 3 worth trying (ask your MD for dosage suggestions):
