In recent years, Alison Hammond's fame has skyrocketed. It doesn't seem long ago that she was a showbiz and competition presenter on This Morning – now she’s the main host on a Friday and presents For the Love of Dogs, The Great British Bake Off and even recently had her own show with her son Aidan, Alison Hammond’s Florida Unpacked. But after years of hard grafting to get to where she is today, is Alison ready to say farewell to the world of TV? When asked about her plans for this year, Alison said, ‘R-E-S-T. I want to rest more and have more holidays this year. I’ve achieved everything I wanted to, really – maybe hosting Comic Relief one day would be good... But honestly? I’m happy with where I am in life.’
