Forget the Halloween horror movies, ghost stories and trick or treaters - there’s something far scarier than any All Hallows’ Eve hokum going on. And it’s possibly happening in your home right now. Possibly happening in your very hands... Social media.

Something that’s more addictive than those cute little chocolate pumpkins and neither social, nor media. A recent study revealed that our attention spans have been reduced to just 15 minutes — that’s the length of time we manage to watch the telly, read a magazine or chat to family before we reach for our mobile phones.
