1 AUDIT YOUR GOOGLE ACCOUNT SETTINGS

Google’s Web & App Activity and Location History store details about your activities. Disabling these in your account settings stops data collection at the source.

How to do it: Log into your Google account, navigate to Data & Privacy, and toggle off Location history.
