Vishal Tomer, head, Chandigarh branch office of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Chandigarh in a Press note said that the BIS, branch office and Punjab Engineering College (PEC) deemed to be university, Chandigarh, formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today to foster academic and research collaboration in the field of standardization & conformity assessment.
