SHARES in Trustpilot rocketed yesterday morning as the FTSE 250 firm posted profit that surged past market forecasts.

- SIMON HUNT

The customer feedback platform delivered a near-tripling of pretax profit to £14.1m for 2025, which it put down to investment into Al.

“We have seen a dramatic rise in the visibility of Trustpilot in Al models, given the immense scale, recency and authenticity of the feedback we host,’ said chief executive Adrian Blair.

“By integrating Al-powered innovation and optimising for large language models, we are not just participating in this new era - we are helping drive it”

Trustpilot reported a revenue increase of 24% to £261.1m in 2025.

Trump gets a lesson in loyalty at last

DONALD Trump seems to be just discovering a life lesson the rest of us generally pick up somewhere between sharing crayons and passing our first spelling test: if you act like a playground bully, it’s probably unwise to expect the entire class to come charging to your rescue the moment someone punches back.
