YEOVIL Town are getting their prep- arations underway for the new sea- son.

After harbouring hopes of reaching the play-offs following their promotion back from the National League South, the Glovers lost their way on and off the pitch and ultimately finished just four points above the bottom four in 18th.
One of the major talking points for Yeovil this season is the amount of goals scored. Only three sides have scored fewer this season although, remarkably, one of those is Halifax Town who reached the play-offs.
The other two are Ebbsfleet United and Fylde who finished in the bottom two. In fairness to Yeovil, only one other side out of the top seven conceded less which shows how strong they've been at the back at times this season.
With discussions around the ownership circulating behind the scenes, preparations on the pitch have begun with the announcement of a number of pre-season fixtures this summer.
