A PARTIAL re-fleet of fuel-efficient Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCVs) is being introduced across the county by Somerset Council's collections contractor SUEZ recycling and recovery UK Ltd.

The vehicles will replace the 2016 models, which are nearing the end of their serviceable lives.Loaded with emission-reducing technology, each new vehicle is smartly dressed in a bold new livery that carries an important message - ‘That it is far better to reduce, reuse or recycle waste than send it for costly disposal.
