Norris looking to regain advantage in title battle

GLASTONBURY racer Lando Norris will be hoping to get his Formula One Drivers Championship battle back on the road this weekend as the season enters its European triple-header.

Following a week off after the Miami Grand Prix, which saw Norris win the Sprint before finishing second behind teammate Oscar Piastri in the main event as the two McLarens tussled with reigning champion Max Verstappen with varying success, Norris will be heading to Italy in a determined mood.
Piastri currently leads the standings by 16 points from Norris, with Verstappen another 16 points back in third. With fellow Red Bull driver Yuki Tsunoda not seemingly anywhere in title contention, or the places towards the top of the grid, it leaves McLaren in a tricky position.
While Red Bull's efforts can and will be concentrated on Verstappen once more this campaign, McLaren will need to find a way to balance their drivers in the title fight whilst also not allowing anyone to take the coveted silverware from under their nose.
