HERE'S some food for thought - grub made by someone you love really does taste better.

Researchers at Oxford University blindfolded volunteers and fed them two identical bakes one made by a loved one and the other by a top professional pastry chef.

All tasters preferred the treat baked by their nearest and dearest, even though both used the same recipe and ingredients, they found.
