Sadio is the main Mane as Senegal fight back

SADIO MANE rescued Senegal to keep them top of AFCON Group D with one game left before the knockout stage.

The former Liverpool forward was on hand 20 minutes from time just when DR Congo were threatening an upset to grab top spot for themselves.

Keeper Lionel Mpasi palmed a save from Ibrahim Mbaye's shot into Mane's path at the far post, where he was able to stab home to level at 1-1.

"It was a good match," said Mane, who was named man of the match. "We should have won but unfortunately we couldn't convert all our chances."
