DAN Neil is on the verge of leaving Sunderland.
The club's former skipper, who led the Black Cats to promotion to the Premier League last season, is to join Ipswich Town on loan for the rest of the season after passing a medical yesterday.Out of contract on Wearside this summer, the move means he has played his last game for his boyhood club.
