Investment helps resort gym feel fit for everyone
A FITNESS suite at a four-star hotel near Plymouth has been “completely reimagined” following a £400,000 investment.
The Gym at St Mellion has just opened at St Mellion Estate, rated as one of the top golf resorts in the world.
The new gym blends “thoughtful interior design” with cutting-edge innovative fitness technology, and marks a “significant evolution” for the estate.
Designed in collaboration with interior specialists Boaz, the space features natural tones, layered lighting, and “an intuitive layout” combined to create a setting that supports physical performance and overall wellbeing.
