PLYMOUTH Argyle returned to FA Women's National League Southern Premier Division action with a 4-3 victory over Gwalia United at Home Park, writes Lexie Sanders.

It required four goals - a hat-trick from Ellie Sara and one from Charlotte Whitmore - for Ryan Perks' side to get their second league win of the season, and it took an impressive second-half performance from the hosts to leave with all three points after being behind at the break.
The Greens were trailing 3-2 heading into the final 10 minutes of the match, and were looking at leaving with nothing. In the space of two minutes, Whitmore added her name to the scoresheet before Sara finished her hat-trick to complete an incredible turnaround.
