VACANT SITE ON WILLIAM PRANCE ROAD LINED UP
A LONG-vacant office building on William Prance Road, in Plymouth, could soon be transformed into a 24-hour regional animal hospital, under new plans submitted by veterinary group IVC Evidensia.
The proposal, now under consideration by Plymouth City Council, seeks retrospective and new approval for external alterations, additional equipment, and an expanded car park at 26 William Prance Road. The site, located in the Plymouth International Medical and Technology Park, has been empty since August 2023.
