PLYMOUTH City Council is set to up the ante to stop noise nuisance, speeding and parking issues on the Barbican after a petition of 1,000 names was handed to the authority this week.
Southside Street on the Barbican - a petition with 1,000 names has been handed in to the council about anti social behaviour in the area
(William Telford)
Cllr Alison Raynsford (Lab, St Peter and the Waterfront) presented the petition to cabinet member for transport Cllr John Stephens (Lab, Plymstock Dunstone) during a full council meeting which she said had been organised by the businesses in Southside Street.
