Ynoc Primeland leads farm subdivision concept in Cebu

Cebu is set to welcome its first legitimate farm subdivision with the launch of Labranza Farm Ville, a pioneering project by Ynoc Primeland Corp., the real estate development arm of the Ynoc Group of Companies.

Located in Sitio Bahada, Borbon—about two hours from Metro Cebu—Labranza Farm Ville blends agricultural land use with residential living, a concept gaining traction across Asia as demand for sustainable lifestyles grows.
The development offers farm lots ranging from 1,000 to 1,400 square meters, with regulations allowing only 25 percent of the land for residential construction while the remainder is preserved for cultivation and open green spaces.
"Labranza Farm Ville is not just a residential project—it's a new way of life," said Mark Anthony Ynoc, president of Ynoc Primeland.
