The event, scheduled from 6 P.M. to midnight, is expected to draw a crowd of 10,000 to 12,000 supporters.

It is being organized by the Duterte Dichard Supporters (DDS) as well as Baricuatro's team, who made the announcement during a press briefing yesterday.
