GOLDEN GRAHAM’S AN ATHLETICS STAR AT 86

Sprinter & shot putter making waves in UK rankings after only just taking up the sport!

DEDICATED Midland dad is keeping his daughter company by taking up athletics aged 86.

Graham Maddox now competes in events alongside daughter Keri Lees, who returned to hurdling after a 23-year hiatus.

Graham joined his local club after watching Keri take part in training and competitions.

She is a former hurdler who retired two years after representing GB at the Sydney Olympics in 2000.

He sprints and takes on shot put, while Keri gets back into hurdles.

Both are members of Cannock and Stafford AC in Staffordshire.

Incredibly, Graham is one of the best in Britain for his age, as reported by What's The Jam.
