GEORGE HIRST upstaged Liam Delap on his Goodison Park audition to throw a spanner in the works of Everton’s long goodbye to the Grand Old Lady.
Everton thought they were cruising in their penultimate game after 133 years at Goodison Park when they went 2-0 up after 35 minutes through Beto's glancing header and a stunning strike from Dwight McNeil (above) with the outside of his left foot.
