The Scottish Final of Young Chef Young Waiter Young Mixologist (YYY) 2025 will take place this September at the legendary Gleneagles Hotel, showcasing the very best of the nation's rising hospitality stars in a two day, high pressure, live competition featuring four teams of Scottish finalists.

Heading the judging panel is Lorna McNee, Scotland's only female Michelin-starred chef, who will lead an exceptional lineup spanning kitchen, service and bar.
Over two days, Scotland's brightest under-28 chefs, waiters and mixologists will be pushed to their limits in front of some of the industry’s most respected figures.
The competition is proudly supported by Scottish-owned Champagne PIAFF, headline sponsor of YYY, whose longstanding commitment has helped the event grow into a global celebration of young hospitality talent.
Joining Champagne Piaff will be NEFT Vodka and Scottish led sustainable hospitality organisation ARTFarm.
