World's top coaches on radar of rebel league chiefs as plans gather pace

MICHAEL Cheika and Ronan O'Gara have emerged as shock contenders for coaching roles in rugby's new rebel competition R360.

And former England prop Joe Marler is considering coming out of retirement to join the breakaway league, according to reports.

Australian Cheika and current La Rochelle coach O'Gara are at the top of R360's shopping list to coach one of the 12 franchise teams, MailOnline reports.
