A MAN grabbed and squeezed a young woman’s breasts while he was high on cocaine and alcohol.

- JASON EVANS Court and crime reporter

Swansea Crown Court heard Stephen Parsons’ sexual assault had left the woman feeling “worthless” and unable to trust people. She said the incident had “changed the course of my entire life” and that while she used to be confident and outgoing she was now anxious around strangers.

The court heard the incident happened in Port Talbot in June 2023, after the defendant attended a property with a “not insignificant quantity” of cocaine which he had bought.

While at the address the 45-yearold defendant hugged the complainant from behind, put his hands under her top, and squeezed her breasts with both hands.

Parsons was subsequently arrested but denied the allegations and the matter went to trial last month where he was convicted by a jury.
