Ali gets the ball rolling on 102km ‘joggling’ fundraising bid for a very good cause

MANY people who have been lucky enough to raise a puppy will be familiar with the daily juggle - balancing the training, a new routine, and all the additional puppy mischief.
-
But one woman has taken the ‘juggle’ literally, at a running sprint in fact.
While voluntarily raising a Guide Dogs puppy, Ali Bolton is fundraising for the charity through a competitive sport that combines juggling with jogging, known as joggling. The first-time puppy raiser, from Cardiff, is seeking to run 102km at Parkruns to raise money for the charity. This distance references the £102,000 lifetime cost of training and supporting a guide dog partnership for a person with a visual impairment.
Ali, who began volunteering with Guide Dogs earlier this year, is currently raising Selwyn, a young Labrador-Retriever cross. Inspired by her experience as a volunteer, she wanted to find a creative way to raise awareness and funds for the charity's life-changing work.
