On the PSL promotion/ relegation Play-Offs
I'm looking forward to Cape Town City retaining their Betway Premiership status. Of course, one would think that a Betway Premiership team would be much stronger and more equipped and remember the Motsepe Foundation Championship has the U23 rule. I think that would also be an advantage to the Betway Premiership team, even though the rule doesn't apply to the play-offs. The fact that they still have those players in their squad means they can't get rid of them now because it's play-offs.

Last weekend we saw Orlando Pirates make history by becoming the first Carling Knockout champions to beat the All-Stars team, after both Magesi FC and Stellenbosch FC failed to do so in the previous two seasons. Pirates were forced to play without several of their regulars as they are in camp in preparation for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations. Coach Abdeslam Ouaddou's charges beat coach Manqoba Mngqithi's team 2-0 to be crowned champions, for the second time in a week. Congratulations to Bucs as they close the year on a high note.
