Jabu, you have told us all the stories from Jacob Sakala to Sibusiso Dlamini and from Mabhuti Khenyeza to Thandani Ntshumayelo at Super-Sport United. What can you tell us this week before the Christmas break?

“Bibo” is one hell of a guy. A very naughty and funny teammate to have around. Another one that we had was Masibusane Zongo, he joined SuperSport when he was very young. When it was payday, you could tell just by looking at Zongo.

What did he do?

He would come to training wearing a suit, ha, ha, ha. Can you imagine? Some people would wonder why Zongo was wearing a suit, but as teammates we knew that it was payday. After training, he would be smiling all the way to the bank because that was his favourite day of the month. When he arrived at training, he would start yelling, “We got paid today, guys, look at how beautiful I am,” ha, ha, ha. What a funny character and bubbly guy he was in the team!

It seems as if you really enjoyed yourself at SuperSport United on and off the field. You also won the league. So, why did you decide to move back to Limpopo and join Polokwane City?
