Shock moment banned driver tries to mow down police

THIS crazed attempted getaway by a banned driver left three police officers hurt and several cars smashed up.

Dramatic bodycam footage shows crook Shaheeb Hussain reversing at speed towards a road block.

One officer had to leap out of the way as another smashed his car's window with her police baton.

But Hussain careered on down the Birmingham road, hitting three police cars and another vehicle.

Three officers were hurt with one taken to hospital. A search of the VW Scirocco turned up two sets of pliers, scissors and false registration plates.
